Arthur R. Tinkham, 91, of Fisher and East Grand Forks, died peacefully early Saturday morning, April 6, 2013, at Valley Eldercare in Grand Forks, ND. His funeral service will be held at 10:30AM, Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at the Fisher Lutheran Church in Fisher, MN with The Rev. Karen Young Trenne, officiating. Visitation will be at the Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5-7PM, with a 7PM prayer service, and at the church for one hour prior to the funeral. Interment will be in the Fisher Lutheran Cemetery.
