Pamela Davis

Pamela Kay Davis, age 43, Crookston, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Pamela Kay Tronnes was born on May 1, 1970 in Dumas, TX, daughter of Gary and Louise (Day) Tronnes. The family moved to Crookston when she was ten, at age fifteen she had her son Joseph, at age seventeen she had her son Adam, at age nineteen her son Bradley, at age twenty-two her son Robert, Jr. and then at age twenty-five her son Deven. She had worked at Taco Johns and at Phoenix Industries in Crookston and was kept busy with her household and being mom. Pamela also provided childcare for her sister, Joann. She enjoyed reading. Her family came first and foremost, she was the "rock" for her family, holding things together during tough times and serving as a source of support to her family and friends. Pamela is survived by her significant other: Robert Rosas, Sr. of Crookston; sons: Joseph Davis, Bradley Davis, Robert Rosas, Jr., and Deven Rosas, all of Crookston; granddaughter: Raven Davis of Crookston; parents: Gary & Louise Tronnes of Denison, TX; sister: Joann Heinle-Graves of Crookston; brother: Justin Tronnes (Amanda Szczech) of Crookston; grandmother: Mary Day of Denison, TX; father-in-law: Armando Rosas of Crookston; mother-in-law: Virginia Rosas of Crystal City, TX; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friends: Melissa Myer of Devils Lake, Barb Blow and Kelly Goulet of Crookston. She was preceded in death by her son: Adam Davis; brother: Bradley Davis at age 6 weeks of SIDS in 1968; grandparents: Joseph Day, Irvet & Dorothy Tronnes; brother-in-law: Isaac Contreras in 1996; and brother-in-law: Llewelyn Heinle-Graves on October 21, 2008. May God richly bless the memory of Pamela Kay Davis. Pamela's funeral service will be at 11 AM, Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home, Crookston, with the Rev. Jo Gast, officiating. Visitation will be for one hour before the service.
