Shannon Alysabeth "Shiny" Sanchez was born on November 15, 2002, and passed away in her home on April 4, 2016. Shannon was very known and sassy. She had many friends but her best friends were her siblings. Her favorite color was PURPLE, and if it was up to her, everyone would be wearing purple. Her place was Texas, even though she complained that it was too hot. Even though her heart was not well, and on most days the heart disease called Hypo-Plastic Left Heart Syndrome, that she was born with, stopped her from playing sports, she would enjoy playing volleyball and basketball, and said she wanted to be #15 and walking long distance. Shannon still had that big smile on her perfect face and her laugh that we are all going to miss dearly, her heart did not stop her from fixing her or her sisters different hair styles, painting everyone's fingernails, most of all enjoying her life, and she loved her time outside when the weather was nice. Shannon talked about going to Art or Beauty school because that is what she liked to do. She was taken from us too soon and she will be greatly missed…. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN… Those special memories of you will always bring a smile. If only I could have you back for just a little while, then we could sit and talk again, just like we used to do. You always meant so very much and you always will. The fact that you are no longer here will always cause me pain, but you are forever in my heart, until we meet again…. Shannon is survived by her parents, Tim and Belinda; brothers, Jacob, Josh, T.J., and Dominic; sisters, Aliana and Pauline; grandparents, Santos and Stella Sanchez of Kyle, TX, Antonia Espinoza of San Marcus, TX, and Terri Zepeda of Crookston, MN; uncles, Rick (Heather) Martinez, Omar (Jessica) Sanchez, Frank (Abbey) Martinez, Freddie Martinez, Jesse (Liana) Brooks, Leonard Sanchez, Mark (Pauline) Gunderson, Albert (Maria) Martinez, and other relatives. Shannon is also survived by a second family; the Aguilar family, the Ness family, and the Johnsons.
